01

Your teen is carrying more than they can say.

They may seem angry, distant, overwhelmed, or caught in family conflict after betrayal or a difficult change.

02

Your young adult is rethinking trust.

Family betrayal can affect belonging, boundaries, identity, and the relationships that once felt safe.

03

You need a next step that fits.

We help you consider coaching for a teen or young adult, parent consultation, or family mediation with care.

Questions, answered

What support can look like.

How is coaching different from therapy?+

Mood|Well provides coaching, education, and practical support. It is trauma-informed, but it is not psychotherapy, medical care, clinical mental health treatment, or emergency support.

How are parents involved?+

Parent consultation and family mediation can be part of the support when helpful, but individual coaching does not require parent participation. In your first conversation, we will talk through what involvement may fit your situation.

What happens in the first call?+

Your free 25-minute call is a calm place to share what is happening, ask questions, and consider the next right support. There is no pressure to decide everything at once.
